-- The use of electric shock as a method of torture was first documented in Nazi, Germany, but today it is still used as an acceptable use of torture in the United States. This is a real police video used as part of a now closed FBI investigation. Deacon Fred Williams was shocked with a TASER 5 times in 43 seconds while handcuffed and shackeled to a 4-point restraint chair just 4 minutes being taken into custody. The FBI found nothing wrong and no charges were filed. That is SCARY!
